I was too lazy to pull my transfer case apart and replace the speedo gear so I did this instead, there was plastic everywhere, but it works great. Speedo is out of a 92 Econoline. Don't know why Ford changed the clusters so much between 91 and 92 but i couldn't make the rest of the 92 cluster work.
