What year truck will it be going into? Mechanical vs. electrical is basically a personal preference.

Kinda tough running 3 tubes up the A pillar, unless you use something like this, sit's on the dash.

I agree with OLDBULL..... You may want to look into the electrically fed gauges, no hoses getting routed into the cab.

Auto meter makes an A piller gauge pod. What gauges are you gonna run?

I have auto meter cobalts and I love them! Nice and bright

My exact thoughts. BLINDING!!! On top of, they dont match the OEM gauges

Autometer Phantom II's, mechanical boost, electrical trans temp and pyro. I can't seem to find the link to where I got my pod from, but the fit is OK, not bad, not great. Lights are not too bright, just about perfect, I think.

If its to bright for you guys you can adjust how bright they are. And they match great for me with my alpine deck that glows blue

LMC has them and so dose eBay I believe I am getting mine from LMC I thank lol

Alot of gauges are NOT adjustable in terms of their light dispersal.....Brad, I can't believe that you and I agree on something ha ha ha ha. All my electronics need to match my factory dash lightning....

These are wired into my dash lighting... so when turning the dial to adjusted speedo/tach/instrument lighting, the gauges also change...

Ah, that's the way I like mine setup as well....I've seen digital gauges that are insanely bright and there's no way to dim them...

You need to run this to dim the LED's

The factory dimmer doesn't dim the factory guages and the LED's properly. If you dim the LED's using the factory dimmer, the factory guage light is practically turned off while the LED's stay bright.
