It's a BW 1356 and thanks Scott that's the shift pattern. Now if I could find a knob for it.

I can look for my old one. Not sure if it's still around. I like aftermarket shifter knobs. My BW1345 has a hefty all chrome one (parts store, universal), but before the linkage went in I drilled and tapped it for the longer allen bolts that hold them in place. Keeped it from loosening up while hammering the 300 gasser with both motor mounts broken.

I've had 4 80-86 trucks.

'83 F-150 stepside with 302+NP435+NP208
'86 F-250 RCLB 351wHO+C6+NP208 swapped to 302+ZF5+NP208
'86 F-250 SCLB 351wHO+C6+NP208 swapped to 351wHO+ZF5+NP208 then swapped to 460+ZF5+NP208
'86 F-350 CCLB 6.9+C6+NP208

The common theme... Every '80'86 I've owned has come with a NP208. They're fine for small blocks, but carried a spare with me every time into the woods behind the 460. Haven't broke one with the IDI yet but haven't used 4x4 for more than snow and boat ramps.

Shift pattern for the NP208 is a straight line no sideways or push down detent/lockout for neutral or low range.
