Beats me, I always buy "motorcraft" filters from wally world. I know they dont carry them anymore, but I cleaned out the last three they had the other day

might want to do some internet digging around as most are made by purolator/Wix/Fram etc... & see who makes it for Penzoil.

If its made by the first 2 I wouldnt hesitate to buy & use it but it was a relabeled Fram I wouldnt touch it
