If you have a Meijer store in the area, they may carry dry ice... The one closest to me, has a freezer in front with dry ice for sale....

Ive done it before on a steel wheeel wher the stud was spinning, remove all other nuts, the pull the wheel to the last one an try to turn, sometimes it will grab.

I'd like to get away with not damaging the wheel. I've not worked on it today because I had rough night at work last night and ended up messin my knee up. I run a automated hydro lathe, when the parts got full in my bin the forklift driver was high or somethin and ended up hitting me with the corner of a 900lb steel bin as he turned around, he must've been high or somethin, needless to say... He doesn't have a job anymore
