have a ats turbo and was cleaning the housing when i noticed oil on the neck where it connects to the turbo is that normal?i think its coming from the hose on the back of the cylinder head.and i leak oil from my drain plug but keep checkin my oil and it never changes.im afraid to tighten it down more for fear of stripping it.and it seems like theres oil from that little hose above it.and from where it meet the transmission any suggestions
