Yes a cap style gauge, it was holding pressure between 160 and 180.. 160 without the truck running and about 170-180 while truck was running.

The numbers you gave would've been temperature.
If that truly was PSI, definitely a headgasket problem.

Guess I will have to call the guy in the morning cuz I'm not sure which test it was for. Thank you for your input
