I have a 1993 Ford F350 7.3 Turbo Diesel. Just replaced the head gaskets and valve cover gaskets and the intake manifold. Started the truck and it started to leak oil/water what looks to be spewing out of the intake manifold where it connects to the intercooler. What would cause this? Truck don't oveheat and is blowing hot air in the cab. Also water in the oil pan when i pull the dipstick. Just ran a Bars Leaks Block Sealer through. Letting it sit overnight like the bottle says. Truck sounds fine. Any Ideas?

Bars leaks? Oh good lord. Lol
Inter cooler?
Can you get a picture?
My guess would be a problem with the headgasket installation.

Pic isn't showing.
Unless someone added one, that truck didn't come with a inter cooler.
And I meant trying to get a pic of where it's leaking from. Doesn't need to be running.

For some reason you have to click on the thing that says attachment. I know the truck didnt come with it and that someone added it. I just want to know why its spewing oil/water out of it where it connects on the intake? It dont seem to be leaking out of the head or block itself? Unless it has an internal crack somewhere.

Still not showing.
So it's coming out where the intake hat meets the intake itself?
That's a new one for me. You sure it's not conning from the front of the engine and being blown back? Like the thermostat housing or hose?
Oily watery mix is almost a sure sign of the headgasket. Possibly the oil cooler.

The oil cooler was the first thing I did to my factory turbo, mine didn't leak but it was a precaution
I would strongly suggest replacing the oil cooler first before pulling heads,

Best way to add pictures is to upload them to Photobucket, then copy the "IMG" link directly into the text box for a thread reply (doesn't have to be advanced this way). That's how I do all of mine.
