I have a pair of Military front tow hooks for any OBS truck. I had them on my 89 and got them off a 97, but should fit any 83 to 97 F series truck.
Very hard to find item, from what I understand they were only a military application. THese were made by Ford and have a Ford part stamp and number on them. I installed one on my truck, had it on for a year or so, never installed the second one. I am now installing a Warn ***** bumper and will not be able to use the tow hooks.
These are a bolt on application.
Here are a couple of pics, only one is pictured but I do have a pair.
