No start cold............

Block heater is plugged in and engine is really warm but it will not start unless you push it down a hill. Turns over very fast too but no smoke at all! Is it the low pressure oil pump?? early 99 with 154,000 miles on it.

That sounds right. It would be the first think I would check. Just put a fuel pressure gauge inline.
