Are you getting stinky white smoke out of the tailpipe when you are cranking?

Welcome to OB, and ya that's a GP issue.

First get in the FAQ and tech section and search, there are tons and tons of threads on HOW to and WHAT to do for this.
Also check out hall of shame to make sure you spend wisely and not at vendors whom suck $$ for ***** product!

I think this subject of no start is covered about 6 times a week here I think LOL

Seriously, though how did you test your GP's?

Test light connected to bat + then tip of test light to the connector on GP no wire attached, if lights up should be..SHOULD be ok. if no light, then dead GP.

Use ONLY BERU ZD9 plugs from Ford or IH autolites and champions and such do work for a bit but are known to burn up quickly and also swell up.

On passengers side of engine bay is a large harness plug that's lil more an inch by 3/4 inch that connector has a problem of burning up as it's what passes current for GP's check it out.

Again welcome to OB and search and read threads,

Al

You must be registered for see images attach

You can take the white wire off the controller, hook another temporary wire to the terminal where the white wire used to be, run this around through the door, and then while watching your voltmeter(turn the key to run) touch this wire to a good ground. If the voltmeter goes way down to 8v, your glowplugs are working, and if you hold it on ground for about 10 seconds or so, take it off ground and see if it will fire up.

If it does and you like this way of starting your truck, you can hook this wire permanently to a pushbutton switch and just manually control the plugs.
