Anything else happening electrically, like does your radio/clock lose power when it shuts down? I chased an intermittent ignition switch for some time. The one down on the floor, not the key switch. It’s pretty cheap and an easy part to swap.

Good luck. Intermittent electrical issues are tough.

Crank sensor don't you know it. I Passed on the crank sensor because the tach moved when I go to start it but I guess you have to count into it all that the crank sensor may work intermittently and if it's working, then the tach is working if it quits and the engine dies, well you know, no tack. so it fooled me.
I have not really drove it yet, so we will see. Thanks for all the help It is nice to know I am not alone with this stuff.
