lol ok, i appreciate the input guys. looks like im gonna pass on this truck, if it was an extended cab i think i would make an offer but at this point its a no go.

The only bad is $1890 in DMV back fees. holy ****! what the hell is that all about?
BTW to the OP, while I don't know **** about these trucks, I'm a noob around here and just bought my first idi F250. But FWIW, while the hot rod aspect of the turbo and lift is tempting, I'd pass and wait for something less molested...

My trucks registration was out 2 years when I bought it, and I had to pay $1113. friggin ridiculous with the heavy weight fees and penalties. And there was no way around it. Hence the name Commiefornia. They want their money no matter what, and they either get it or you don't drive.

I paid $1800 for mine 2 or 3 years ago. It is a 1993 4wd, fender rust but the rest is very solid, no turbo and had a bit over 200k at time of purchase.
