Mitchell Gear-Splitter Overdrive - Need Info/Parts

Just inherited a Mitchell Gear-Splitter Overdrive that was newly rebuilt, still in the crate. Because it was a rebuild it does not include hardware or instructions for installation. I had the pleasure of talking with Mrs Sue Mitchell this morning on the phone and she wasn't sure what they still have for this model since they now specialize in Model A overdrives and have moved their warehouse to a new location. She is goig to talk with her son & send me some info on what they have.

If anyone has installation instructions or parts/pieces for the installation of a model 2000A Mitchell Gear-Splitter overdrive on an 87' F350 Crew 4x4 w/ a C6 transmission I'm all ears.
