I just had a look at the C-L picture.
If you look close, you can see the flanges on the nuts.
That being said, those don't look like O.E.M. Dodge wheels to me.
They look more like plain old generic fit-all after-market wheels to me.
Note the absence of the little Allen-headed screws that should be in all those little holes.
Someone has either removed them to achieve a different look, or didn't know they were only there for looks and removed them, thus screwing them up beyond re-use.
The amount of offset doesn't even look like 8-inchers to me; more like 6.5-inch trailer wheels; then again, I ain't looking at them in person.
If that be the case, and he has been running them with those flanged nuts instead of conicals, then I would expect to see the holes somewhat wallowed-out.
Then again, I could be wrong and those actually be factory Dodge wheels.
