Lower flywheel cover missing ?

I bought my 1994 F250 E40D with bottom teeth of the flywheel exposed . The sheet metal cover is missing . I presume that it was left off after a transmission R&R in the past . What is that part actually called and what will fit from other models ? - Thanks

Always called it an inspection cover. Junkyard maybe. Probably could make your own.
