Lower clutch engagement in Reverse?!!

Truck: 1989 7.3 ats 093 4x4 5spd bw1356 with pto.

Trans rebuilt with gasser gears.

Up until yesterday the clutch would grab about an inch off the ground.

Yesterday, it started grabbing at a half inch off the floor but only in reverse.

Forward ranges are still the same.

Fellas I appreciate it. But I got a good 460 case half that's getting re drilled tomorrow. I was about to do a back flip when I remembered that I kept it instead of scrapping it.
