Looking for a truck

My friend has an 88 f350 with a 7.3 idi and the cab and nose are shot so he wants to put a 58-60 ford cab on. If anybody in the northeast knows where I can get just the cab and nose or maybe the whole truck if it's cheap enough let me know. He doesn't want to spend much more than a grand. Thanks

Ya you have no idea how many I've come across that are on the other side of the country. Everything in new England is rotted away

I have a feeling that, for what you want and the price you're willing to pay, you're going to have to travel some or pay out the nose for shipping. I'm guessing that there won't be very many body parts from that era in New England that are not eaten up by rust, and what does exist will probably sell for more than $1000.

Ya but it doesn't hurt to look. And my friend has a powerstroker that he can use if we have to travel a distance. But I dont want to have to spend a grand in fuel to get parts that we are only paying around that for
