Leaf spring tie bolts

Could someone confirm the diameter of the rear leaf spring tie bolts on an f350? I bought a pair of 3/8 and they are awful loose. Are they 7/16"?

Yes, they are 7/16".

What he said - just measured the ones on my F350 with my calipers and got 0.440" so 7/16" is confirmed.

I went to my local spring shop and picked mine up, they keep them in stock. They were 6" long and I cut them down after I put the packs back together.

ain't that the truth. Parts stores, and service shops don't make it easy for people with a normal job.

There are two parts stores in the little town im in. A bumper to bumper and a napa. Both are closed by like 5:30 weekdays, like 1 on Saturday and closed Sunday. The only other options are autozone and advanced and they are not real close. It's ridiculous.

That sounds exactly like the town I work in. There is a few Oreilly auto's that are open more hours, but they are 30 minute drives.
