So what does your truck need to get back on the road?
Well for starters, IP, hard lines, batteries and possibly an alternator to get it running and stop the fuel leaks. Need to do all the fluids including the coolant and I am going to add a coolant filter while I am at it. Then I need tires, all new tie rods and shocks. Every thing after that will be just the stuff I want to do to it. Since we old my Dodge we are sharing my Ranger right now unless its nice and I can ride the bike so I need to get it going. Also sucks not having a tow rig at the moment. I plan on doing a total restore on this thing eventually once I don't have to drive it everyday. She knows this is the truck that I have always wanted and she knows that I will keep it forever. When I laid out the logic of putting $10,000 into this truck vs. buying a new one, being that she is an accountant it was a no brainer. Gotta love a good woman.
