I have two meters at SPX who does not actually do the repairs themselves. They send them out to a sub comtracter for repairs... Thats the sucky part. I have called twice now about whats going on. Each time "Cathy" tells me they are still being looked at and she has no idea when or if they can be repaired. Sounds to me like nobody really knows whats going on. I followed their direction to the letter. I placed a comment in each meter of what its doing and not doing. I wrote my name, cell number and fax. They are supposed to check out the meter. Give me a call with a repair cost or a fax. Sounds to me like someone is sleping or they are just so busy with other crap. They have had the meters for 5 or 6 weeks now... Thats really not going to get my return business for the other 7 broken meters. I'm betting they repair them and then tell me what O owe. Depending on someone else to repair something for you seems to be sucking more and more these days. I have money to spend... Once that made me king of everything. Money is what keeps a business in business. That and customers willing to spend money at your place of business. What happened to those days anyway.... I have several meters ready to ship but.. Why ship if nobody on the recieveing end gives a damn.... I'm stuck now big time...
