Gary, if he says that lid was OK when shipped send him the pics I showed you from the auction where the lid is cockeyed and offset...if he did not disclose in writing or print the lid was broken that's his fault not YOURS, If there is a dispute, the pics depict it clearly broken if you look closely and at a glance no they don't. Easy to miss. Ebay and PayPal will work on your behalf with evidence like that!
