Wow what oil are you running that has 103ppm of molybdenum?
Couldnt your tick/knock be from a lifter? I am thinking i have a lifter not pumping up all the way at times as when its a cold start up i can hear it tick until its had oil flowing through it for a minute or two and also when coming to a stop every now and then i can hear it and the engine isnt idling as smooth. i have a brand new pump and injectors so i know its not them.
I actually dumped a can of seafoam in it tonight since i'll be changing the oil in the next 500 miles just to see if the noise gets better or worse as seafoam is really good at cleaning or making ticking worse if its oil related.

Could be ! Also an easy fix ! The oil was Delo 400 with 1 quart of marvel mystery oil. Maybe it came from the mmo?

The Delo 400 or 400 le? I wonder if the marvels mystery oil adds moly? Moly is generally an excellent corrosion inhibitor and can even harden wear surfaces. I've had oil problems with Lucas oil stabilizer but never used mystery oil.
10 years ago o had a twin turbo awd 3000gt vr4 with 180 on it. Had se bad lifter tick and all the guys on the forum recommended sole cd2 stuff. It definitely worked, and I'll be adding it if seafoam doesn't clean it out, and swapping from t6 5w40 to delvac 15w40 doesn't make it quieter.
