I want a 4x4 play toy and I like the 92-97 bodystyle best so the turbo 6.9 is goin into a 92 that had a 460, I would have kept the 86 since it runs like a top, but its seen better days, everything is falling appart.
This is taking a lot longer than I wanted but I've been researching and buying parts, so far the plan is for it to have ported heads, studs, water injection, modified turbo system, possibly an intercooler(I have it but dont think I'm gonna need it). Im also working on a custom pump, I've done all the measuring on my injectors, just need to get them built.
The first stage is just gonna be gettin it running, and all the bugs worked out. Then on to the rest of the build up.

Yes I have a digital camera now so I'll post pics as it progresses. It has taken longer than I origionally wanted since I'm unemployed right now, I never thought I'd be so busy not workin! All funds from the parts trucks are goin into this truck so the more I can sell the more I can buy!

This is gonna go quick, the plan is to have the 86 torn apart this weekend. As of now, the frame, and whole driveline is sold. I still have the seats, console, headliner, tan interior parts, seatbelts, some of the XLT trim, and lots of small parts. Let me know if theres anything you can use cause I'm gonna strip anything good then the truck is goin on the scrap trailer. This truck had power windows, locks, cruise, and delay wipers.
