Is This Easily Adjustable?

Sorry for the fuzzy cel pic...but...since day one (new) the slider for my (panel-floor-mix-defrost) was always off.
Meaning, with the slider all the way left, it never had full travel > it stops between (panel-floor)
Is there a simple adjustment behind that cover or, is it major surgery?

Now seeing as that pic does show a slight misalignment, I imagine there is some adjustment on the cable but ya...nightmare to get to and adjust...

Super easy to adjust that. Theres 2 cables. Ones behind the glove box and another is above the passengers feet. Simply unclip the cable holder, move the cable and reclip it. 30 seconds.

The adjustment behind the glovebox adjusts the heat/cold and the one by the feet adjust the vent doors.

Thanks, last time my glove-box was out was for a heater-core replacement.

Check to see if anything is blocking the "door". My 86 had the same problem, PO had dropped a pen and it got cough in the door.
