Intake gasket leak???????????

I have a boost leak and cant seem to locate it.
I have a 93 IDI with a Ats non wastgated turbo.
I changed the O Rings at the Turbo and the intake.
Would a intake gasket whistle and cause a boost loss ?????
I would appricate any input.

John, how about the opening in the back of the intake, where the CDR usually lives on NA trucks? I know the ATS turbo mount is what blocks this hole, but I think there is a rubber gasket involved there.

Any idea what size the hole is in the back of the intke where the CDR is

I'm thinking 1.25 to 1.5".

Good thinking I didnt check that .
Last time I had the turbo off I changed that o ring , But I will check that.
the intake looks fairly simple to change the gasket. Is it????

I seriously doubt your intake gasket is the cause. To find out, try sprinkling baby powder all over the seems. It will blow out when you rev it if that is where it's coming from.

I will check that tomarrow.
I tried spraying dish soap and water with no luck.
