Hey all, I was changing my air filter the other day and noticed a fair amount of Oil in the intake, I have been adding about a quart of oil every 800-1000 miles. Is this CDR related or something else. I havent noticed any unusual smoking or anything of that nature, and when I checked for blowby it has a fair amount of smoke coming out of the filler tube but when I rev it up to about 2000 rpm is basically goes away. any thoughts?:dunno

No I'm no expert but....my truck is about the same way... their not called oil-burners for nothing. You may want to look into a road draft tube, which is basically a removal of the CDR (tuna can looking thing) and replacing that with a fitted hose and pointing it down and away from the top of your motor. Hope that helped some....
