Instrument cluster fuse keeps popping

Anyone ever have this issue with a 92-97? It used to happen when I was plowing and hit something hard but it's worse this last week........Blows the fuse right away now. I haven't had time to look at it yet so I figured I would check to see if there are any common theme's.....My speedo bouces up and down once I hit 60km/hr but it still reads the correct speed....New speedo sensor when I got it and I tried a different cluster, same thing - it's been this way since I bought the truck 3yrs ago.

What all is attached to the instrument cluster circuit ? I found a short on the frame rail of my buddies truck that was connected to the sensor on the rear pumpkin. It caused similar issues. The wire was pinched and randomly would ground to chassis causing the fuse to blow. It was on drivers side frame rail on the conduit beside the transfer case and transfer case skid plate.
