ok, so ive ruined my shotgun bore brush trying to clean the threads on the heads of this 7.3 im getting ready for transplant.

theres still some crud in the threads that i need to remove.
i know this has most likely been stated before, but 20 min of searching resulted in nada....

i dont have an old injector i could use either :(

anyone wanna chime in on a thread size?
maybe i can find something to chase the threads.

thanks!

I can check what it is when I get to work. I have an injector in my tool box there.

I just posted this thread size a few months ago and have had the size here for probably 10 years now. Its a metric thread of 24mm by 2.0. My tap is from a Snapon kit I borrowed:eek:;Really:D from work many years ago...

Am happy to help no matter what. I really have issues with using the search function too.
