Injector removal question

I ended up removing the suspect (with the slide hammer adapter I made) and replacing it with one of the unknowns (used injector) from the parts bin in the box in the back when I scored this beauty.
Cleaned the hole sides and bottom with 2 nylon dermal bits. Pretty not right.
