I’ve never had an issue with the plastic ones. Usually last 100,000 -150,000 miles. Another solution looming for a problem. For $200 and the lot doesn’t even come with clamps or hose? No thanks.

Although they are expensive at least you can get a deadhead cap or tee if your setup requires them. I'd rather have a tee cap than use separate tees that introduce more potential leak points.

The custom ordering option is pretty cool.

No. It's not a continuous thread.

I am all about using metal instead of plastic.

I also am all about having something machined instead of injection molded.

I think that they (the aluminum ones) are pretty cool looking and would make my (next) engine pop, as in set it off from just(!) a garden-variety 6.9 diesel.

I also am all about american ingenuity and craftsmanship.

I also would rather pay for something crafted here in the States instead of any evil communist empire.

Just(!) my opinion and preferences.

I agree. They're also not priced all that high when compared to Justin's aluminum blocks. No offense to Justin or anyone using them intended. They just don't turn my crank.

I really appreciate the feedback. I know R&D sells their solid rail for $275. I think this is superior to that for the sole reason that you can work on each injector individually. You can get the 5' of 1/4" hose for like $7 and the clamps for another like $2. I don't offer the hose and clamps because then I'd have to charge you for them. Some people already have the hose and clamps so they wouldn't want to pay for more. I'm offering the items you can't go to the auto parts store and buy off the shelf. That's the purpose of this kit. Therefore, I think these are priced fairly.

Also, I may be wrong, but I'm not aware of anyone else offering full refunds within 30 days of receiving the kit like I am. If you're on the fence, what do you have to lose? A couple hours of time installing (and uninstalling/shipping back to me if you don't like them), and like $10 in shipping.

Sounds like a pretty sweet deal to me. If you guys have any suggestions to make this more attractive, I'd love to hear them.

Jokes aside, if it weren't that I just replaced mine when I did my injectors in February or January... Cant remember.... I'd get them. Maybe I'll order some when I have spare cash and sit on em.

Have you thought about powder coating..? I have a small kit for that I would like to find a use for. Yes, it would void the warranty but I do stuff like that.

I realize it would take more time and money and may alter the inside dimension but all that can be figured out.

I like to support small business and cottage industries.

More power to ya...hope you get a good response and get some return on investment.

P.S. I hope you are still making them by the time I start on my newer engine...by the looks of it, that is going to be next year.
