I paid $3500 for my mater about 7 years ago. A guy offered me $6500 as is.
The way these trucks are increasing in price, I don't think it's a good idea to sell one just to sell it anymore. I'm certainly going to hold on to my three as long as I can.

I completely agree with that bronco. I had tossed around the idea of selling my 87 after a few 5k offers, but the way prices skyrocketed, I would have to spend twice that to get a rusted out replacement with 300k miles. That's the main reason I am keeping it and fixing it right.

If the gas trucks stop delivering fuel just think of all that waste motor oil sitting there in those gassers with empty tanks.

I bought a used ATF 55 gallon drum yesterday. Thinking about getting/making a centrifuge now.

I'm thinking that maybe the seller accidentally added too many zeros in his ad.......I would NEVER pay that asking price....
