Yes. But the PSD will have some Ford only parts.

I think the heads are interchangable. When I went thru my motor troubles & found out I needed heads, I found out after I bought reman heads from Ford that the IH heads would have worked & were almost half the price. The valve covers had a different bolt configuration IIRC. I remember 'cause I was about the money.

the heads are interchangeable.only difference is the bolts on the intakes.they changed the number of bolts holding the intakes on once or twice.the intakes also have a slight difference.99-up had bigger intakes than the 94-97s did

when we got head gaskets off of IH they said they needed to know if it was IH or ford heads

leave it to Ford.. take a good engine and muck it up by replacing some parts with proprietary ones...

I know the intakes and water pump are different....many have used the T44E water pump due to it's built in coolant filter hsg.
