Yes an IDI was able to defeat a 1400hp chassis dyno. So I can assume I have 1400+hp right? Here's the story. I was first in line for the dyno, so we get it all set up. The dyno operator was tuning my truck in with the computer cause it matches speed with rpm. Now this is also a load cell chassis dyno, so right after he got it all matched and was going for the first pull, the computer flashes an overheating brake thingy and would not release the rollers. So, my IDI broke the dyno and no one else made a run. So, in my extreme disappointment I entered into the run what you brung sled pulling class so I could at least see what it was like. Well, 9 feet was all she could do with bald tires and no weight in the bed, and 2 wheel drive, but it was fun and everyone was cheein for me
