Is there a larger bore master master that is a direct fit to my '94 that will give me improved braking without having to go to a full hydro system?

I could live with that if it improves the braking.
Is your pedal hitting the floor? If it is, you need to adjust your rear brakes or there is a problem in the system.
All things being the same, if you double the bore area, you double how hard you have to push on the pedal. That is all you are getting.
The best brakes are going to be the ones with the smallest bore that allows full pressure to the calipers and wheel cylinders without running out of pedal travel. That will provide the lowest pedal effort.
Way way off topic
Whether a booster is a vacuum or hydro, what it is effectively doing is decreasing the bore size of the master cylinder without reducing the volume of fluid that can be pushed to the wheels.
For a very basic example, let's use a mc and a slave like a clutch has. A 1 1/8 " mc has about 1" of area. If you couple that to a 1 1/2" slave, it has about 1.8" of area. So we put 10 lbs of force on the mc and get 18 lbs from the slave. Change the MC to 1 5/16" with an area of 1.35 inches and that 10 lbs of force provides only 13 lbs of force at the slave. I would have to provide 13.5 lbs of force at the MC to get 18 out of the slave. Now I'd I could hook something up to give me 3.5 lbs of assistance, my brakes would feel better because my pedal would travel less with the larger mc so they would feel stiffer.
