I was doing some looking last time I went to the junkyard. The parts my ZF swap came off of, was a 1996 F-Superduty with a PSD and Hydroboost.

I had a booster go bad, so I changed it for one I had here...but now my brake pedal is REAL soft. I didn't disconnect any lines, so I know air isn't an issue.

I don't want to fight with vacuum brakes anymore, so I am going to have a real close look at the PSD hydro setup and see what I need to do to make it fit my firewall.

I might as well have bought a mint southern truck for the $$ I put into this damn thing so far!!

If you wantto make a road trip to florida we could gather up lots of rust free parts to take back.

It should be practically a bolt on with regards to the firewall.

When I did mine everythign bolted right in and I was back on the road in about an hour. One thing I would recommend is a new ps pump and lines off the bat. Saves on the headache of removing those stupid gear box lines in the future.
