I recently changed a stock clutch in my 94 dodge 2500 2wd with 105k miles on it, I swapped it for a performance Southbend Clutch, after the install the trans never seemed to shift quite the same, as it feels that it never fully disengages even with the pedal to the floor, it was hard at a standstill to engage in reverse and forward gears. I called the local dodge dealer thinking there was air in the slave cylinder line but they said that doesn't happen. They told me with a performance clutch you need to install a performance hydraulic clutch assembly{slave cylinder and clutch/ mastercylinder} The dodge dealer told me that the stock slave cylinder does not have enough travel to fully disengage the performance clutch!...Has anybody had this problem before??? Thanks alot!

Mine is a little tough to get into gear at times and I have a SB clutch, I just wrote it off as a trans with some wear on it.
