Hp crossover hose

hey I was wanderig if you can do a hp crossover hose on the 94 to 97 powerstrokes. I have a 96 PS and I've looked but every kit I found and every time I found an article about it, it was on the 99 and up trucks

basically the same on the obs as the SD
ya just need another fitting to move the hpop line
