hey guys.heres a few pictures of my project

some of you know me from over at TDS.but heres my 94 superduty in the shop getting the body work done and painted.im painting it a 1995 GM truck dark metallic teal green effect.its a pretty color.hopefully the truck will look sweet when its done and lettered.

well actually i do like bodywork .i went to school for it but never went any further with it.thanx for the nice comments.im hopeing to have the doors done today and maybe get some paint in the jambs so i can get the doors on it.

i got the door jambs painted,seat back in it and the drivers door back on it.man this is one sweet color!!!! .it looks more green in the pictures but it has a blueish tint to it in the shop. the nose i had for it wasnt as good as i thought it was so its off to the parts place monday for a new aftermarket hood and fenders .i hate aftermarket body parts but oh well.

Jammed it out & everything. Really looks nice. Very cool color BTW. I had a 2500HD that color. Keep posting pics

the only way you'll tell it was white is the firewall.that white edge around the door jamb will be covered by the wheatherstripping and never seen unless its peeled back a little bit.i hate it when somebody changes the color of a vehicle and doesnt do the jambs.itll make the best looking paintjob look like crap when you open the doors and see the old color and another thing i dont like is when they paint over the vin and info tags,as you see mine are still visible . it is definately one cool color.i love it,everybody that has seen it loves it.ill have the only ramptruck out here that color.every other tow company has white,black,red,blue,purple and yellow.ive only seen one company with green and thier trucks never move.one company has an aqua color but none like my green

i didnt paint the door hinges though.but youll only see those when the doors are open and if anybody says anything ill just say i had to replace them.

well i decided to fix the drivers fender i had and got a perfect passengers fender from the junkyard.a friend may have a perfect hood for me as well,if not im gonna fix the one that goes to the truck.it only has a dent from when it hit a tree and some surface rust caused by the bug viser it had when i got it.the drivers fender is done,jammed and back on it.i forgot the camara so no new pics till tomorrow when ill hopefully have the passengers side door done.shes lookin sweeter everyday when a finished and jammed part goes back on it .i even got the chrome trim for the wheel well lip for the front fenders off an eddie baur(SP?) f150 that i got the passengers fender off of,and i also got a nice clear set of headlights off the same truck .cant wait till its done and relettered.the lettering guy will make it look even sweeter when hes done with the stripeing,squigally things and the lettering.
