Is that Ford Deep Jewel Green??..........It looks like the same color as my truck! Yeah it is an excellent color!

its a 95 GMC truck metallic dark teal green effect.well its almost ready for paint.im hopeing to squirt it sunday.i have the hood and lower valance back on it.the filler panel between the hood and windshield is primed as well as the grill,headlight trims and visor.but once again i forgot the camara :***: .tomorrow and saturday are gonna be the longest most boreing days of my life,gotta sand the whole truck with 400 grit paper to get it nice and smooth.

well it all ready for paint.all i gotta do is mask off the window openings in the doors after it gets in its final spot in the shop and cover the wheels.it should be painted sunday,if the idiot landlord dont screw me up .im actually in the process of finding another shop big enough for the trucks i work on with a cooler landlord.

That's going to be one sharp looking truck when its all done.
I don't know why other towing companies aren't into this color. There's many black, red and white trucks in the SF bay area. I ran basic Ford white due to plain laziness. Very few blue or blue/green colors around here.

the same thing here.everybody else has red,white,black,purple.none are green or blue.i like to be different.i want my truck to stick out in a line of 20 trucks.people will remember the 1 odd ball colored truck in a line of trucks that every 2 or 3 trucks are all the same color.plus the lettering guy will make it stand out even more when hes done with it

so... how far are you from VA? planning an off-season vacation to Virginia beach this year?

no vacation that i know of in the future.when i do something i do it right.im not the best body man but good enough.i have a friend thats gonna paint it for me.i dont feel like doing it.

my old girl is really crying for body work & paint. over the last couple of years, i've pretty much got her mechanically sound (thanks to the guys that dragged me here from the drama stop )... new IP in a month or so - for her 250k mile anniversary! but other than that (& the starter i think i need) she's ready for cosmetics.
i was wanting a semi-flat black with all new chrome, LED's all over & custom badging, but after seeing that color, i want high gloss again

well shes all set and ready for paint!!!!!!!!!! gotta go in in the morning and fire up the heater for an hour or 2 to get it warm inside the shop.then we gotta tack it off body wash it,tack it,body wash again and final tack it.then start spraying,gonna seal it,then basecoat,then clear it.i cant wait till its done to see it!!!!

That my friend is going to be one sweet ride,now all you need is a set of green and gold Eddie bauer badges to go with that interior and you would have the only Eddie bauer edition F450 .

well shes all painted and ready to be reassembled and lettered.sorry the pictures are kinda dark.i cant figure out how to brighten them up a little.i had the shop door open,lights and flash on and they were still dark.hopefully it doesnt rain tomorrow so i can move it outside to get some good pictures of it
