Helping a buddy

Buddy got a 96 PSD Bullydogged Auto 4wd. The automatic O/D light is blinking. I posted on FTE as well. When he takes it out of O/D the O/D light blinks constantly, no breaks in between flashing. Anyone have any ideas? Could the bullydog be messing w/the computer?

He needs to scan his PCM for any transmission codes - the blinking OD light just indicates there's something wrong, codes will tell him what that something is.
