I have a US Gear on my 4x4 CC 4wd. I don't get any vibration, but I do recall that the installation directions made a big deal out of the angle of the driveshaft relative to the frame. I had to measure it before removing the shaft prior to installation and try to duplicate it with shims on the driveline mounts.

well the difference though is the US Gear unit mounts between the tranny and transfer case and the gear vendor unit mounts where the carrier bearing would go making a really short shaft between the transfer and splitter

I used the shaft out of the other truck. That had already been shortened.
I put new u jounts and new carrier.

I think that may be the problem. Take the shaft and U-joints to a driveline shop and get it balanced. Sounds like you should look into what it would take to make this a divorced unit also. On Lady, the GV REPLACES the carrier bearing, so it's not even a consideration.
