I'm going to get a 3 gauge A-pillar pod for my 89 in sig. I'm going to put a pyro and a boost gauge in it but what should the third gauge be?
Thanks

Oops, I voted other too. I was going to go with trany temp gauge too then realized you had a straight drive. I guess I'd go with water temp then.

the third gauge in my pod will be air pressure since i am going to put on board air on my truck. other than that if it was me i would put water temp on mine.

Went for the oil pressure since the other two are monitoring actions around the turbo.
Personally. I would grab the other 3 and go with an A-pillar 2 pod and a 3 cluster as all are good to have.....dang factory entertainment gauges.

My thoughts cookoo

I got tranny on my a-pillar w/ boost and egt. Water, Oil pressure and volts on top of the dash. Might add vacc. to my center console. gauges are like money, can't have too much!

I voted water temp because in my expeirence when pulling a trailer up a grade you need to keep an eye on this more so than oil pressure. If you start to loose oil your idiot moving gauge will tell you that (when the needle moves down you pull over) but with knowing water temp this as well well tell you when you need to back off a bit.

Voted water temp too. I really wouldn't trust any of the factory gauges; my oil press gauge read higher than normal with ~1 quart in the system, but you can TELL when you have too little oil pressure. If you listen. Water temp can be a little more difficult. Really should get both though ;Sweet

counting eric and ramon for water temp i get 13-10, water temp winning, slightly, not sure which way i'll go, i'd like to stick to 3 gauges for now but who knows.
