That broken stud in the exhaust manifold flange is replaceable but... With all the road salt you have been in its almost cheaper to replace the manifold. All idi passenger side manifolds are the same in the trucks and the vans. Its the drivers side that changes in the truck and vans.

So that connector is just called the manifold flange? Hah and she was babied this winter. had rides to work and no plowing this year;/

Have brand new manifold going in since this one has cracked right in the middle. Ever hear of them cracking in middle b4? 94 factory turbo'd f350 118k. Miles

Yes these will crack but.. Its generally thought they crack because they are being cooled in the crack area by oil or diesel fuel. Oil leaks are the biggest cause of a cracked exhaust manifold.
