Ok coffee pot half empty....

So 1356 w\pto is a rare bird...
Sounds like a pass drop pto?
Do you have the pto drive (sounds like hens teeth to find)?

Back to d.e. Design test mule.

The way you describe it they ham handed the process and failed to follow thru???

The pto winch deal (if you already have it) would add a shiton of weight and extra plumbing, these seem to be usually set aside for wrecker duty but undeniably stout.

Ground clearance will be compromised, a good electric will be fine 90% of most folks usage.
One of my buggy guys runs one it's a beast.

Sad the install sounds lacking.
How did the downpipe to aft pipe setup turn out?
Is it worth using it as a pattern if it was worth your wild to do so?

1356 with the PTO can be found easily enough if you spend some time on it. I didn't take ground clearance into account until I looked at it after the install. Oops. Initial cost was not too big a factor to start this project, bet the added cost of everything was getting prohibitive and then the clearance issue got in the way with the consideration of cost and lack of usage.
The down pipe I never got to see but did notice the firewall drip rail was removed partially. They did use a 3" pipe and commented on the crushed OEM pipe. I am running a 4 inch pipe out the back with no muffler.
Quiet enough until you get into it and then the lack of gearing becomes evident.
4.10 gears are nice, but. . . .
Time to look at the 6 speed trans when it becomes available.
$30/35K into this toy, what's another $13 or 14K?
You mean I could'a bought a newer toy with less problems?
Where's the fun in that?
