To the IDI Rally in Angola! Congrats to Ron and the family for getting the truck together!

However it took some thrashing at the rally to get it completed, (See attached pic) Everybody piched in.
And I am pretty shure that he had his kids installing interior pieces on the way down. :Sly

Well see if he makes it home....

The ride home was almost uneventfull.
The air conditioner decided to start working again. cookoo
But I think I might be developing a clutch issue. Going up a pretty good grade of hill north of Centerville, she pushed 8.5 lbs of boost pretty quick and the motor revved up a wee bit also. Not sure but it felt like a clutch slip but couldn't reproduce it afterwards. Hmmm let it ride.

But the best thing of the weekend was seeing the look on Travis' face when we all rolled in. -Drool :Sly

With the AC doing it's on again off again thing I think changing out the oriface's would be the thing to do... I'll bounce it off my nephew here in the next few days as I'm sure we will be talking. (he's the mechanic of the family = AC Cert)

Was the temperature outside the same on both trips? If it died when it was real hot, could be a high pressure limit or something as well. Just a thought. I know last week was REAL hot here and cooled toward the end of the week. If the trip in was ambient 100 and the trip out ambient 90, then that might be the problem.

I was even thinking of some small critter(insect) making entry into the system while being opened up for all that time.
THe compressor was making a funny noise when we stopped at Micky D's in White Pigeon, I wonder if that may also have something to with it.
Several variables to look over now. cookoo
