Glow plug light???

My glow plug light on my 6.9 comes on after the truck is cranked, it turns on and off a couple of times till I start moving and when it comes on I can notice the headlights dim slightly what could be causing this?

Probably a lose connection to the GP controller. The controller cycles automatically every time the power cycles on and off. Normally that only happens with the key so no biggie. If you have a loose connection causing it to loose power at random it will cycle whenever it comes back on.
