Any recomendations and brake pads, brake shoes, and fluid types? Fluids would be transmission(zf5) transfercase, and differentials front and rear f350 not limited slip, and powersteering fluid? Maybe brake fluid type if that matters really?

Driveline fluids I change on our fleet every 50k and that’s with all sythetic. Brake fluid I change as needed, brakes get adjusted and inspected every 5k miles and replaced as needed according to brake shoe/pad wear . Brakes are very important in are commercial trucks and having a record of frequent inspections can save our ass in a lawsuit.

I have a book with all our scheduled maintenance per vehicle mileage, I can send you a pic if you want to just copy that schedule.

Im planning on changing all out to synthetic besides motor oil, is there any brands I should try to get/avoid? Type for transmission? Transfercase? Powersteering? All is getting changed now I know they are past due by now. Brake fluid Is gonna be kinda flushed out by bleeding brake and needing to change out wheel cylinders in rear. Brakes are all worn and about time for new

I use valvoline synthetic in the driveline, have no complaints with it but there’s better stuff out there but you sure pay for it. Avoid Rotella engine oil, our engines like to burn it. I use the red jug of valvoline atf in power steering and in the trans, out ps pumps don’t use conventional ps fluid

I have ran a couple different flavors of fluids throughout my truck (mainly coolant, but have changed fluid brands as well)
I ran lucas in my tranny tcase and diff. wasnt my fav. wasnt the worst. really nothing good or bad to say.
I would not question running valvoline synthetic , mobil sythetics or as I do royal purple
I switched over to rp max atf in the tranny and tcase when I put fastcoolers on my zf. I then ordered a 08-10 finned aluminum diff cover and changed out the rear diff fluid for rp 75-140 Pretty happy with it, but nothing fantastic other than I like the color how all my fluids kind of match
Fleet charge coolant (pink) rp atf (red/pink) rear diff rp (purple ish)
royal purple is expensive but I got it at half off thru my work so i decided why not? Otherwise I probably would have ran valvoline.

delo 5-40 synthetic in the engine

And crap If I inspected the brakes ever 5K that would only be once a year for me!
