87 6.9. Fule problem I start the truck when cold it runs for a bout 2min and stalls itakes a few cranks and starts slowly runs all day without problem starting.

Kinda sounds like air in the lines, though I think that it would take a lot less time for it to stall if it were air.

check your fuel line inder the motor on the back side of the crossmember! they are notorious for rubbing through there. if so take it off and patch it with some brass if possible, be careful not to burn through it though.

Sounds a lot like air
