fuel pump?

i was under my truck today, and i saw what looked like a small inlive fuel pump inside of the drivers side frame rail, it said caution high fuel presseure, is that the only pump on the truck? and do they ever go out or get pluged up?

Thats the pump. They shouldnt plug up unless you are putting real crap in your tank. However, they do go out.
